Having worked closely with operators, aircraft owners and aviation businesses, he founded Leonem Ventures to offer clients a more practical, transparent and trusted approach to aviation services.
His expertise includes crewing, operational strategy, aircraft management support, charter solutions, AOC launch support, IOSA auditing, compliance-focused thinking and crisis management. His approach is hands-on, discreet and commercially aware, with a strong focus on safety, flexibility and long-term relationships.
George is a Senior Aviation Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the aviation sector. His background includes aircraft acquisitions, aircraft management, mergers and acquisitions, operational restructuring and the successful launch and development of aviation companies and AOC projects.
George brings senior-level commercial, strategic and operational insight to Leonem Ventures, supporting clients in complex aviation decisions — from aircraft purchase and ownership strategy to operator selection, business planning, fleet development and aviation project execution.
Sophie is an aviation management professional with international experience in Austria, Greece and Italy. She has worked in multinational environments supporting aviation operations, corporate administration and regulatory coordination.
